Q: What may cause the issues below?

A: That generally is due to the weak power source or poor contact.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• Make sure you use a QC 3.0 Car Charger Adapter as its power source
• Kindly check if the power source or the charging cable is well-connected. Try to unplug and re-plug again to see if it will work properly..
• Make sure your phone case is flat and smooth and up to 3 mm. And there are not any foreign objects(like metal plates, coins, bank cards, etc.)between the phone and charger. Otherwise, it will interfere with the wireless charging(make the charging slow or stop) and get the phone over-heating.
